You can now overlay Amazon sales data directly on your TikTok Business Intelligence dashboards in ARI Insights. This means you no longer have to switch between separate views to compare your TikTok Shop activity and Amazon performance — both datasets are visible together, in the same chart, for the same time period.
Why This Matters for Brands on TikTok
TikTok activity influences Amazon performance, and viewing these two channels side by side gives you a more complete picture of your brand's health. Whether you're tracking how a content push or affiliate campaign correlates with Amazon sales trends, you now have the context to draw those connections directly within TikTok BI.

How to use the feature:
Navigate to TikTok Dashboards under Business Intelligence in ARI Insights.
On any supported chart, locate the Show Amazon Performance toggle and enable it.
Select the Amazon merchant you want to reference from the dropdown. This will default to the same merchant across all charts until you change it.
Amazon Total Sales and Units Sold will appear as metric cards in the chart's horizontal scrollbar. Select one or both to add them as data series to the chart (up to 3 metrics total per chart).
Use the existing date range and comparison period controls at the top of the page — these apply to both your TikTok and Amazon data simultaneously.
To remove Amazon data from a chart, disable the Show Amazon Performance toggle.
Don't have Amazon connected to Teikametrics yet?
If your account doesn't have an Amazon merchant connected, you'll see a prompt to connect. Select "Connect Amazon to explore cross-channel impact" to navigate to Sales Channel Connections and complete the setup.
