TikTok Business Intelligence (BI) in Teikametrics gives you a centralized view of your TikTok Shop performance across sales, activity, outreach, affiliates, and content. It is designed to help you quickly understand what’s driving results, identify risks, and make better decisions about where to invest your budget and effort. This dashboard simplifies TikTok Shop performance, making insights that are otherwise difficult to interpret directly in TikTok clear and actionable.

What You Can Do with TikTok BI

With TikTok BI, you can:

  • Track overall TikTok Shop performance (GMV, units sold, views, CTR, and more)

  • Understand which creators and affiliates are driving sales

  • Identify top-performing videos and content trends

  • Monitor operational signals like Shop Health and Refund Reasons

  • Compare performance between time periods to measure growth and momentum


Brand Performance Tab

The Brand Performance tab provides a high-level view of your TikTok Shop business and overall growth trends.

Key Metrics

At the top of the page, you’ll see core performance metrics such as:

  • GMV (Gross Merchandise Value)

  • Units Sold

  • Shop Visits / Units per Visit (where available)

  • Total Reviews

  • Other key shop-level performance indicators

Trend Chart

Below the metrics, you can view performance trends over time. You can toggle between daily, weekly, and monthly views to understand growth patterns and performance shifts.

Shop Health

The Shop Health view helps you monitor key indicators that impact TikTok Shop eligibility and performance, such as service levels and platform health scoring (where available).

Refund Reasons

The Refund Reasons section helps you understand why customers are returning products, which can impact long-term performance and TikTok Shop account health.

Common refund signals can highlight:

  • Product quality issues

  • Listing or expectation mismatch (“not as described”)

  • Fulfillment or shipping issues

  • Customer experience gaps

This is a critical area to monitor, since high refund rates can reduce TikTok Shop performance over time.


Affiliate Performance Tab

The Affiliate Performance tab helps you understand how creators and affiliates are contributing to TikTok Shop sales and visibility.

What You’ll See

This view includes key affiliate metrics such as:

  • Total affiliates

  • Active affiliates

  • Views generated from affiliate content (LIVE + video)

  • Content posted

  • Product impressions and engagement signals

Affiliate Leaderboard

You can also view a detailed list of affiliates showing:

  • Videos posted

  • Live activity

  • GMV generated

  • Views

  • Units sold

  • Commissions (where available)

This is helpful for identifying:

  • Top-performing affiliates to scale

Video Performance Tab

The Video Performance tab is designed to help you understand which videos and content are driving TikTok Shop outcomes.

Key Metrics

This view includes performance signals such as:

  • Total views

  • Posting frequency

  • Units sold

  • CTR (Product Clicks)

  • Number of unique products featured

  • Number of videos generating GMV

Video Coverage Table

Below the summary metrics, you’ll see a list of videos and their performance so you can quickly identify which content is converting.

This is useful for spotting:

  • Winning content formats and hooks

  • Product stories that drive conversion

  • Opportunities to scale high-performing creative

Filters & Comparisons

Across all tabs, you can:

  • Select a date range

  • Compare performance to a previous period

  • Filter by creator, product, or collection (where available)

This makes it easy to measure growth and understand what changed month-over-month.


How to Use TikTok BI to Improve Performance

Here are a few recommended ways to use this dashboard:

1. Identify Your Hero Products

Use Brand Performance and Video Performance to find which SKUs are driving the majority of GMV and units sold.

2. Double Down on Winning Creative

Use Video Performance to identify top-performing videos, then replicate what’s working (hooks, messaging, format, product angle).

3. Scale the Best Affiliates

Use Affiliate Performance to find your top creators and prioritize them for samples, outreach, and promotional support.

4. Monitor Refund and Shop Health Risks

Use the Brand Performance tab to monitor refund reasons and shop health trends, which can impact long-term scaling.


Notes & Data Availability

Some metrics depend on TikTok API availability and account configuration. If you do not see certain fields populated, it may be due to:

  • Account permissions

  • API limitations

  • Incomplete TikTok data coverage for that time period
