Basic Plan

We also offer a Basic Plan which is free of charge. This plan provides limited access to a few features of our product but does not include access to our AI capabilities. However, any monthly ad spend over $10k will incur a 3% charge.


Essential Plan Tiers

Teikametrics offers two Essential Plan pricing tiers, each based on your monthly ad spend:

  1. Tier 1: $0 - $10K Monthly Ad Spend

    • Monthly Plan: $179/month

    • Annual Plan: $149/month (12 months billed upfront)

  2. Tier 2: $10K+ Monthly Ad Spend

    • Monthly Plan: $599/month

    • Annual Plan: $499/month (12 months billed upfront) + 3% of monthly ad spend over $10k

Advanced Plan

Ideal for users with monthly ad spend of $10k+

  • Monthly Plan: $1439/month

  • Annual Plan: $1199/month (12 months billed upfront)

Enterprise Plan

Ideal for enterprise level companies who have monthly ad spend of $10k+

How the Essential Plan Pricing Tiers Are Determined

Your pricing tier is determined based on your previous 30-day monthly ad spend. This ensures that your subscription cost aligns with your current advertising activity, providing you with the flexibility to grow your business efficiently.


Annual vs. Monthly Subscriptions

When choosing your subscription, you have the option to pay either monthly or annually. Here’s how each option works:

  • Monthly Subscription: Billed every month based on your selected pricing tier.

  • Annual Subscription: Pay upfront for the entire year and save 20% compared to the monthly plan. The annual fee covers the platform subscription for 12 months.

Changing Your Subscription

Switching from Annual to Monthly Plan:

  • If you decide to switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan mid-term, you will be able to disable automatic annual renewal in your Teikametrics account. You’ll continue to have access to the platform for the remainder of your pre-paid annual term, as refunds for unused time on annual plans are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Refunds are not provided for the unused portion of the platform subscription if you cancel mid-term. You will retain access to the platform for the remaining period of your pre-paid annual plan.

  • Even after cancellation, you will still incur the 3% monthly charge on any ad spend over $10K unless you remove your connected merchants. To remove connected merchants, please contact our support team.

Upgrading Your Plan:

  • If you’re on a pre-paid annual plan and decide to upgrade to our Advanced or Enterprise plan, we will apply a credit for any unused time to the new plan price.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Can I switch to a monthly plan if I’ve already paid for an annual plan? Yes, you can switch to a monthly plan, but the change will take effect after your current annual term ends. Until then, you’ll continue to have full access to the platform for the duration of your pre-paid period.

2. Will I get a refund if I cancel my annual plan early? No, refunds are not issued for cancellations of annual plans. You will retain full access to the platform for the remaining period of your pre-paid annual plan.

3. What happens if I cancel my plan mid-term? If you cancel your annual plan mid-term, you will still have access to the platform until the end of the pre-paid period. Additionally, you will still incur the 3% monthly charge on any ad spend over $10K unless you remove your connected merchants. Contact our support team to process the removal of connected merchants.

4. How do I upgrade to Advanced or Enterprise from an Essentials annual plan? If you wish to upgrade your plan, any unused time from your annual plan will be credited towards the plan. Please contact us if you would like to learn more about or Advanced or Enterprise level plans.

5. How do I downgrade to the Basic Plan? To downgrade to the Basic Plan, select "Cancel subscription" on the billing page. You will be downgraded once your pre-paid term ends, or if on a monthly plan, before your next billing cycle. Even through the Basic plan is free, you will still incur the 3% monthly charge on any ad spend over $10K unless you remove your connected merchants. Contact our support team to process the removal of connected merchants.

7. How can I view previous month's invoices? To view previous invoices, navigate to the billing page, and click on the "Invoices" tab. There, you'll be able to download a PDF of each previously paid invoice.
