Cancel or Downgrade Account

If you are on the Essentials plan, you can cancel your subscription by navigating to the billing page where you can view your current subscription status. Choose "Cancel Subscription," which will turn off Predictive AI and downgrade your account to our free Basic plan.

You will receive your final invoice at the end of the current billing cycle. The amount invoiced will be based on the ad spend you had incurred and your subscription tier before you downgraded. Once the cancellation is confirmed, your account will be automatically downgraded to the basic plan. This ensures no additional charges will be incurred for future billing cycles. Your final invoice will be for charges incurred during the current billing cycle. If you are in a free trial, canceling your subscription before your trial ends will downgrade your account to our free Basic plan to ensure you will not get billed.
